Sebastian has a solid grasp of legal principles and approaches. He listens carefully and asks relevant questions when given an assignment. He is able to intelligently assess an assignment and make logical deductions based on the material given. Consequently, he is able to work independently with very little supervision. When his work is reviewed and a correction is made, he is able to understand the reasoning behind the correction and apply that to future assignments. As a result, he is also able to improve his work product and increase his efficiency in any given area of law over time. For example, he has been able to: independently fill out forms and draft agreements using information provided in discovery; effectively create case summaries and memoranda based on interviews, discovery, and depositions; and conduct extensive discovery demands and production with only general input needed from the lead attorney.
He is reliable, prompt, and able to work on a tight deadline with excellent follow through.
